Automotive Diagnostic & Electronic Systems Engineering by DiagWorx

 

DiagWorx provide advanced vehicle diagnostics using OE-level scan tools and structured fault-finding methodology across modern automotive systems. Our diagnostic process covers engine management, transmission control, ABS, SRS, and body control modules with full system integration analysis.

Services include DTC retrieval and analysis, freeze frame data interpretation, live data stream evaluation, actuator and sensor testing, and electrical circuit diagnostics including voltage drop, resistance, and continuity testing. We also perform CAN-bus and vehicle network topology mapping to identify communication faults between control modules.

 

Advanced capabilities include oscilloscope waveform analysis for critical signal verification, ECU/module communication diagnostics, and fault isolation at component and network level.

 

We also perform post-repair system procedures including ECU adaptations, throttle and transmission relearns, steering angle calibration, and body system initialization for components such as windows, doors, sunroof, and central locking modules.

 

Immobiliser and key system diagnostics and programming are supported, including transponder authentication, key pairing, and ECU–IMMO synchronization.
